The location was excellent. I easily walked to many attractions. the staff were helpful, they swiftly addressed my inquiries. breakfast had plenty of choices. the rooftop bar offered a beautiful space. I relaxed before dinner.
The gym was a bit small. It only had a few machines. this made it difficult to get a full workout sometimes. i hope they expand it in the future.

The room featured a spacious layout with a separate seating area. i found two large wardrobes offered ample storage. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries. It also had two separate sinks. the room had a little balcony!

The hotel included a rooftop terrace with comfortable seating. It provided city views. the spa offered various treatments. there were two restaurants, one serving local cuisine, and another offering international dishes. I tried both.

the hotel was close to the cathedral and main shopping streets. several restaurants were within a five-minute walk. public transportation was easily accessible! the immediate area felt safe and well-kept. i found the area amazing!

The hotel's location is superb. It is just a short distance to most attractions and the sea. The historical building has charm. The room offered ample space and the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean.
The customer service presented some challenges. The check-in process seemed somewhat disorganized (it could have been smoother). It was unclear what services were accessible or how to get them.

the staff were helpful and friendly my room was beautiful it was very clean i found a comfy bed there. i really appreciate the hotel's attention to detail it ensured a comfortable and luxurious stay.
